If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to move forward — therapy can help.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis or a specific “problem” to benefit. If something doesn’t feel right, that’s reason enough to explore support.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s brought you to therapy, what you’d like to achieve, and what’s important to you.
You’re welcome to prepare notes or simply come as you are.
At this time, I offer online video therapy only. If this changes in the future, I will update the website accordingly.
You can book an online therapy sessions here
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.
Couples sessions may run slightly longer depending on the format agreed in advance.
Most clients attend weekly or fortnightly sessions, but this is flexible and depends on your needs, availability, and the type of therapy we’re working with.
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some clients benefit from a few focused sessions (e.g. Solution Focused Therapy), while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll regularly review progress and discuss what feels right for you.
Yes — confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic relationship. What you share stays between us, except in rare cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others (in which case I will always try to speak with you first).
That’s completely normal. Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’ve never done it before. My role is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported — no pressure, no judgment.
I currently accept payment via bank transfer.
If you have private medical insurance, I am recognised by a number of major insurers, meaning you may be able to use your policy to cover therapy sessions.
Please check directly with your insurer to confirm your level of cover and whether you require pre-authorisation before beginning therapy.
